Extra Polympic Oninsula

It was pretty cold and rainy on the coast and it didn't let up till we were on the ferry heading back to Seattle the next day. We slept in the back of the truck since it was so rainy we didn't even want to put the tent up.

We walked on the beach for a few miles and got completely soaked. Thank heavens for campfire! Then I burned a giant hole in my shoe. Curse you fire!
We decided to drive around the rest of the peninsula the next day and take the ferry back, so we stopped at Ruby Beach. There was a huge river that ran into the ocean here with amazing craggy rocks sticking up on the beach and in the water. We saw some pretty cool stuff driving around the rest of the peninsula, and I am happy to report that there is an entire block of Twilight shops in Forks, along with a sign that says "You are now entering the Twilight Zone."
